Correct, id like to rephrase lang what you said.

A 32bit windows (home/office) based OS, limits ram to a total of 4GB in addressable space, but user-usable would start at around 3.5GB or lower depending on what hardware is installed on the system.

Theres also a 1.7GB memory limit for a single application under 32bit, at 64bit this is increased to 128GB for home/office variants of the OS.

I don't know man. Im also going to buy a legit Flash CS4 too and Im also conscious about that. Adobe can help me with this one.

Anyways, im targeting DDR2 1333, is it ok?

Morag ang entire CS4 line 64bit na, so your good to go with 8GB.

If rendering is slow, sounds more like a processor/motherboard/hard disk/memory speed problem and not the quantity of memory.A lot of memory won't help the speed of your rendering 8GB of data. Find out where your bottleneck is and go from there. Busy servers for example rely completely on HD speed and CPU ahead of anything else.

Im also rethinking on that one. But since im getting a new better PC which better than my new PC, I guess I won't be really having that problem and im pretty sure its my memory that is bottle necking my current system. And to clarify to everyone, its not just the rendering part(when I export my work to a movie) that is slowing me down. But also when I drag and drop library files, movie clip(not movies but a symbol) instances, managing multiple frames at the same time, etc...

Again, with my current PC. My CPU is fine, Hard Drive is fine, Motherboard isn't that bad. Memory is kinda slow, DDR2 600-800 range and im running vista 32bit on 2gb memory. If my GPU is a contributing factor, then it is a bottleneck in my system too. My physical memory usage is really high when I do alot of work on Flash and I get plenty of not enough memory dialogues.

Right now, this is my final specifications:

Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad Q9400

    Motherboard: Asus P5Q PRO
-or- Asus P5Q SE Plus, Asus P5Q SE/R

Memory: Any OCZ Memory Stick on DDR2 1333mhz(just to make sure memory doesn't bottleneck anymore) and on 2x2gb(2).

Video Card: Any Sapphire HD 4870 on 1gb(I'm also going to get a 22" inch monitor)

    Power Supply: Cooler Master 500w
    -or- Silverstone 500w

Hard Drive: Any Seagate SATA II hard drive in 300-500gb's of storage. (To make sure HD doesn't bottleneck too)

Casing: I can just put it in a Pizza Box

Something will always be slowing things down. From the specs you wrote down, your HD is going to be the slowest piece of hardware. If you want to do what you want to do, I'd suggest at least getting RAID with regular hard drives. Raptors or solid state is even better and then buy a huge 1TB-2TB HD for just plain storage of files.

i agree bottleneck jud imo HDD. you will be better off with a RAID setup since you need to read and write a lot of data fast. mao siguro sige ka kulang imo RAM kay daghan kaayo iya i.buffer kay dugay kaayo makahuman og write imo HDD.
