    If that's the case then it doesn't matter on the test I made because I still didn't "turn it on" when I tested it on Windows XP. I just ran with the exact same settings as what I did on Windows 7.

    Its possible that the Vista/W7 drivers have a different default setting, but if both tests did render past 62fps then clearly something more obvious is wrong.

    if windows xp can run in P4 and a low end celeron. i hope W7 will do the same...
