Nah kana ila balhin kuno ug bago nga building ky last year pana then gi-move ug lain date several times na. But it's something to look forward to![]()
Tinood2x... sakto jud.. pero if magtukod ug inyong company.. sure ko na daghan ghapn ug tao nga mangreklamo kay parehas ra... mga tao ghapn ang magpadagan. Hahahaha... Wala man jud nindot na companiya kay bisag asa naa man jud ang mang reklamo.... trabaho nlng kay gi sweldo-an.. pasagdahi to ang mga di ninyo ganahan.. TL, Manager, HR, etc... basta trabaho lang.. parehas ra ta tanan way increase... whahahahaaha.
One thing annoying about NCR is that they try to micro-manage everything... and sometimes, part of what we call management is actually making it harder for people to work. Sometimes freedom is lost in development area.. and yet they still demand Innovations... ^__^
First was the nTMS that micro-manages your timestamps and gives you report to every violations you get. To some this is good.. to others this is too much. For me.. I don't care.
Now, we have the project management thingy.. yeah another form of micromanagement involving the tracking and operations matrices.. quite annoying also for some (including me).
Too much micro-management makes it hard to work... It's a feeling of the company owning a part of you more and more. Though this sometimes feed the ego of those in management. (True or may not be true.. just I.M.O.)
So, my suggestion? I know NCR days can have heaven and hell days... I hate micro-managements but hey.. We have our jobs, they're paying us (however small or big).. so yeah, work as much as they're paying us. Sige ta complain pero wa man ghapon resulta..(sakit lang ato buot) so either mo quit ta and find another income.. or we work to what we're paid and never mind the faults of others.
my friends there told me nga nag propose daw diha og across the board increase to answer daw the rising percentage of employee resignation sometime last year (ambot kon kinsa nag voice out) but to no avail, rejected daw ang proposal... (ka sad)... i believe na mention na ni sa previous post...
there are also companies jud, though it will be hard and very impossible to prove, nga ni take advantage sa so-called financial crises... top bosses are paid millions, while rank-and-file employees are suffering... mu ingon kunuhay nga ni suffer ang company...
so far, i have not heard my friends there saying that the company is making efforts to retain promising employees... naa daw to once nga nag impose sila og award for attendance (for a few thousand bucts) but wai effect kai dili daw fulfilling ang worth sa money nga gihatag...
ang ako masulti is... make na lang the most out of it nga naa pa work (bisan tuod dili worth ang sweldo, at least naai madawat)... kai ang uban very unfortunate kai nawagtangan og trabaho...
who knows lng jud... opportunity knocks when you least expect it... and when its there... grab it for it may not come back
Amen bro.. ga state lang ko sa mga annoying things. but luckily.. naa ta trabaho.. no matter what ang mga complains dili man ingon ana ka dali magpa taas ug sweldo. So I did the logical thing... ^_^ padayon ug work kay gi bayaran man... and nag part time para naa extra income. And when the time comes na mang retrench ang NCR.. (hopefully not). Naa nako back-up. Horray for me.. I suggest sa tanan nga naay complains.. find other means nlng. ^_^
hi dugay2x nko wla ka commment diri da. mdyo busy sa project. guyz cool lng ta, we know training ground rani, ato nlng pag samantalaan ni. work10x. hehehehe
