Static IP's are expensive these days, its basically "your own address", but you have 5 of them....make use of those IP's. you may resort using it to a Dual WAN router, or a Load balancing router, just to utilize the services that you pay, but as what other contributors say you cant configure your static IP on one router unless your router has the capability to get more that 1 static IP. But since you have static IP, try to make use of feature like port forwarding - port 80 for internet traffic, Remote desktop, etc..
