full doesn't mean you can't be hired, its the availability of projects in proportion sa naka pasar.... for example naay 2 ka positions available, pero 5 mong naka pasar... its a normal practice for most companies or firms to make a comparison kung kinsa from the 5 ka buok ang dawaton nila...
