‘You Changed My Life’ Hits P18 Million on First Day
With the first day gross of P18 million nationwide, You Changed My Life is on track to surpass the first week gross of A Very Special Love which is P58,448,223 registered last August 3, 2008.
Take note that A Very Special Love is the biggest Filipino movie of 2008 raking a total of P180 million at the box-office. The stars of the movie, John Lloyd Cruz and Sarah Geronimo, were recently awarded Box Office King and Queen of the year by SM Cinemas.
Although John Lloyd Cruz is already assured of the Box Office King title from the Guillermo Mendoza Awards for the third consecutive year, it is not yet revealed if Sarah Geronimo will be the Box Office Queen since the title is also being contested by Ai Ai delas Alas for her Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) topper “Ang Tanging Ina N’yong Lahat.”

ABS really now how to tickle our hearts with non-corny (though sometimes naa moments na corny hehe) tagalog movies. Star Cinema changed my views on Filipino made movies. Keep up the good work =)
