i have not heard of any of its versions either. but maybe if you listen to Sarah M's version, it wouldn't be so bad. i heard her version has some additional words that weren't in the original Gloomy Sunday poem. i heard they also did it so as not to make it seem very gloomy or suicidy.. err.. suicidal. although they added to it, nothing was taken out.
