    mga sirs, if magplan mo og trail runs, pagpost unya mo og mga sked here if pwede... im from cdo, but i visit cebu every month basin maka timing ko og anha unya naa moy sked... lingaw kau ni ang trail runs kay adventure pud. mas lingaw kung daghan kau. ga trail runs pud ko aside from my road runs... trail shoes are recommended jud kay lig.on. if ordinary shoes lang, malangkat dayon ang outer soles...

    Every Sunday mo-climb ko Mt. Babag. Medyo lisod-lisod pud ang trail. From Babag mo-backtrack ko lain nga trail via Kahugan. Diri ko mag-start ug trail running. Usually 3-4 mi mangatkat.

    Every Sunday back of Guadalupe church. We meet at Teen's Place. 7:00 AM ang ETD. Warm-up walk from Guadalupe to Napo (40-50 minutes). From Napo take the Napo Main Trail until second river crossing (40-50 mins.). From there climb starts at Butan Trail then take lunch at Manwel Roble's place (45-60 mins.). After the botong-eating session we go up Ernie's Trail for Babag and then detour (45-80 mins.). Kahugan to Napo (60-140 mins.).

    sir lahi pud ang trail runs sa climb ha... di man gud ko ga climb.. i prefer running lang... kung mahimo ayaw lang jud na ang steep ra kau nga trails kay it will take us more time to reach our goal... lets combine our trail runs with speed and distance.. imagine nalang from busay going to tops nga ang dalan kay bukiron "gamay"... cguro 30-60mins runs lang para ang uban makasabay lang... suggestion ko lang ni sir ha for the newbies... basta sir willing kau ko to join if naay group here nga magtrail runs...

    murag libog ka gamay da. backtrack ka pero lain nga trail?
    by the way, make some clarification lang ni ako ha. the way you do trail running is downhill?

    trail running means more on the bukid side. the trail is unpredictable... naay pasaka, naay panaog. hilly route... hihihihihi
