yeah the best is in dumaguete... Sans Rival Cafe.. nice food and cozy place...

well in cebu, i like red ribbon, its close enough

agree ko sa Sans Rival in dumaguete... but naa pareha lami sa sylvannas sa Sans Rival and that's in Fresco... lami kaayo ila sylvannas. They have chocolate sylvannas, they call it sumbos. tag Php 15 lang. ok na.

250/pack na ang sylvannas ni Mrs. U. By the way, we've tried also sylvannas at Tojong St., pero mas ok pa gyud kang Mrs. U. When we went to dumaguete last year, we also tried the ones at San Rival Cafe, ok pud pero gagmay lang ang size. I've also tried House of Sylvannas at Glorieta, Makati, pareho ra sa San Rival Cafe iya lami.

So, for now, Mrs. U lang ang request ako kids. By the way, to better appreciate sylvannas, put it in the freezer coz way lami na if chewy ang crust og matunaw na ang butter filling.
