Question re my mobo & Hyper Threading

Pardon my ignorance. I have an asus P4vp-mx board which supports 533fsb. On the manual itÂ* says it supports Intel Pentium 4 and Prescott processors includingÂ* the new hyper-threading technology. As far as I know, d ba basta naa na HT sign 800fsb na na siya? will this board accept a hyper-threading processor if I upgrade in the future? I currently have a P4 2.4a with 533fsb. I'm a bit confused, a board w 533fsb support claiming HT ready compatability

@mcpturbo: pwede man cguro ka gamit ug P4 3ghz+ with HT bisag 800mhz FSB sa 533mhz nga FSB sa board.. mo downclock rana ang FSB sa processor to max support FSB sa board.

correct me if im wrong.. not so sure.. AMD fan here

Salamat kaayo mabix & Amd!!! Mao ba? pero sayang sad, di nako ma gamit ang iya pagka 800fsb! If kabalo palang ko daan, even if i got a P4 2.4a 533fsb at least ang board ako gikuha kana nalang ta to musupport ug 800fsb na! Processor nalang ta to ako pangitaon o paliton in the future. Tsk,tsk,tsk....
