dont be too defensive. am just sharing my experience with qualfon.
although, i agree with some of the good things about qualfon. no questions about that.
you dont need to be rude to posters who posts negative feedbacks about
your beloved qualfon. instead of hitting them personally, why wont you
forward these to the appropriate people so that they will be guided on these constructive criticisms.

why wont YOU forward it yourself.. ikaw man naa problema anang companyaha... as i said... am not connected with them.. fix it out with the company man.. i'm just defending a good company who's given a lot of people jobs... maayo gani natagaan pud ka... that's why its called forum.

bati jud ang qualfon.. i am presently working here mo 10 months nako. dugay na ko na regular pero wala japon na adjust akong salary. 500 ra baya ang increase unya gidugay dugay pajud. way klaro ila mga benefits like sa ilang intelicare wapa japon akong intelicare card ang uban nakong kauban naa na unya kung magfollow up ka sa HR mo ingon lang sila, naa imong ngan sa gipost nga lista? kung wala gani huwat lang ha kay ipost ra na. lols.. akong pagkaprobe nga card wala pa now nga regular na wala japon hahaha. ang sweldo sa tier 1 ug tier 2 parehas ra unya mas kapoy ang calls sa tier 2. mga supervisor nila way alam, mas kamao pa siguro ko kay sa ubang sup diha. unya permi lang work on day off nga perting gamaya ra ang maimuha sa sweldo. naa pay tindera nila sa pantry nga perting marua. magpawawa kunohay sensilyo unya ipabalik lang ang sukli ilista lang imo ngan pero inig balik nimo, they will act as if ur a mangingilad lols unya usahay di na ka ganahan mobalik kay makalimtan nalang nya singko pesos nalang mao ra jud nay balikon. manganad dayon mga tindera para maila ang ginagmay nga sukli nga nakalimtan sa ubang daghang ahente. unya kung mukaon ka sa ilang canteen, baryan nimo ang plastik nga plato nga imong gamiton. lols. ang baso sauna kay disposable, karon hugas hugasan nalang para tipid unya di pajud tarungon ug hugas sa mga taga pantry. permi numero uno ang qualfon cebu against the other qualfon centers, pero ang reward kay dress down ra. buyag! final interview nako sa etel ganina once confirmed na akong application didto, moresign na jud ko! although i already mentioned to etel nga i need to render 15 days pa and it seems they are willing to wait. char. daghan na kaayong nang resign sa qualfon mga 2 nalang mi nahibilin sa among batch.. sa kadaghang niresign nagbutang ang HR ug suggestion box unya naabugan lang kay wa juy ayo nawaan na ug gana mosuggest ang mga ahente, sugest2x unya 1 out of 10 ra ang mahinayon. lols. my first 2 months in qualfon was just ok. after that, its like hell. kung dili pa gani krisis ay dugay nako niresign!

yeah that's why its called FORUM. different opinions are being posted and shared by many.
so dont expect that everyone will just shut up and will always agree with your thoughts. you may
love qualfon but not all people are exactly the same as you.. its understandable that there will always be a clash of ideas in a forum. thats normal. if this is "unusual" for you.. i suggest you read your wikipedia link again. you need it more than i do.
