samsungster's remark is logical. phone issues are almost always manuacturer issue not carrier issue, so with that in mind, i don't think globe'll still mind who the original owner is. but breastmilk is still best for babies, just as asking globe themselves is best for your query.
btw, got a list na of the phone prices from an officewmate, libog man gamay ang flex plan kay naay models nga barato but mahal kung sa lain na plan. oh well, breast milk is still bes...
