my suggestions:
maayo unta kung na-ai ma assign as usher/usherrette next eb to guide new arrivals/newbies to the registration area aron ma taga-an ug nametag & feel welcomed and/or the registration table should be near the entrance (like previous ebs) kai magduha2x ang mga bag-o ug du-ol kung na-a sa unahan ang table. ang mahitabo magpadaplin na lang intawn or mopauli. no offense meant, these are just mere suggestions. personally, i think the event was very successful. enjoy kaayo ko bisag newbie ko aning istorya eb-eb.

Well yeah lisod pud pag control sa crowd (IMO) kay di man ang whole venue ang ato-a. Pareho sa gisulti sa uban, wala man problema, mu-entertain man mi ang problem lang is mura ug 1 vs 100. No offense pud but makig mingle sad unta ang mga taw and for sure dili na sila ma OP kay imposible kaayo dili matagad. I tried my very best gyud mu entertain sa mga bag-o didto, ask pa si jaytol, nahulog gani ako ang feeling close hahaha, but lisod gyud na ma entertain ang tanan.
