Hello everyone, naa lang ko suggestion para sa next EB.

pwede mag assign ug welcome committee para sa mga first timers nga moadto sa event because i was there, it was my first time and i felt i wasn't welcomed kay nag grupo-grupo naman gud daan ang mga kaila na tapos enjoy kaayo sila - if you're someone new to the EB, maulaw jud ka moduol.

i sat there alone, maygani nagka kurso jud ko moduol sa fineupgrades setup so nagkameet jud ni fineupgrades ug muzikfreakah but they were busy. dapat unta naay naka assign na mogroup na mo-welcome sa mga noobies kay mahibaw-an man jud nimo nga noobie kay mag inusara ra.

medyo na disappoint lang ko kay i felt like i'm not an istoryan when i was there. thankfully, naa ang mga rigz from fineupgrades where didto nalang nako gifocus ang akong attention.

come to think of it, nindot manang 'no guts, no glory' nga principle pero if this is used to build a community, dili effective. some people might take it badly tapos di na mubalik pero if you have a group of people na moduol sa nag inusara, he/she would feel he/she belongs -- you'd have a more solid foundation this way.

daghan siguro members diri na niadto pero naulaw or na disappoint kay wala na welcome or naka feel ug out-of-place, i'm sure dili lang ako. the venue and program was nice, it would have been grand if nagkaila ta tanan ngadto.

no guts no glory jud...sadly. im not really a people-person, you may call me a geek or a nerd if you will pero approaching is definitely not my game. i can speak in front of an audience but not approach someone ~ weird huh?

why don't we have BIG A$$ name tags (kanang dako jud kaayo using our username) next time para mailhan dayun. its the sense of familiarity that will add spice to the occasion, ang familiar nako ngadto si BeoR ra jud because we met at ITPark (dunno if he remember me, though) through a common friend (Sam a.k.a Legolas here in istorya) pero medyo busy man, maulaw sad ko magsamok-samok.

Some people were familiar because of their avatars but they were with the people they know rasad.
