i don't think it's that easy. most martyrs before their execution were tortured and famished. wala na sila sa saktong panghunahuna and probably not even aware of their surroundings. naa siguro uban at the last minute before the axe fell their adrenalin kicked in, became aware of the situation enough to shout "freedom!" or "hallelujah!" .. besides there's this thing about us humans, i guess it's denial. kanang naa na ka sa paet na sitwasyon but you keep telling yourself that everything will be alright, until the last minute nga ipit na kaayo ka di na ka kadiskarte, la nay chance mang-atik. sagulan pa jud ug faith, na. i don't think any of them thought, "pikat nimo berdugo ka musikat ko hundreds of years from now ikaw dili"
history just has an interesting way of romanticizing stories.
yup, in the new testament you just threaten everyone with hell .. the advantages are obvious, less bloodshed, lower budget. mass murder is out of style.
i am being sarcastic of course. my point is, do not accuse the qur'an of anything the bible is not "guilty" of.
at least read the qur'an first... oh, despicable thought? proves my point, doesn't it?
di lang ko basa ana quran bro kay masamot ta kalibog ana .. but clear na kaau nga guilty jud, dats is why nga they resorted to terrorsim kay dili man nila kaya e convert ang new civilization.
dili parihas sa una once they were powerful nga kaya ra nila to conquer and convert ang Leader nila at that time si prophet muhammed maoy nag lead sa killings, ilaha worst victim is India, worst than the Holocaust.
eventually, everybody will die. total, balik balik raman.
