Just beware of the long Queue and HOLD...
Also have your MAC address ready, they usually ask for that info for Troubleshooting,but I'd rather insist that you have you antenna re-oriented and calibrated...

Go to command prompt, then type ipconfig /all then pangitaa ang Physical address mao na imo MAC.ty ninyu tanan! murag nindut ni nga suggestion dah! ako ni suwayan..

MAC ID - Media Access Control, - unique identifier ni siya sa imong modem or router. each modem/router is has its own MAC ID, no modem/router has the same MAC Address...
