yeah thats true...if ur happy to what u believe in then stay the way u are... u have all the rights of the world to choose whatever u like coz its ur life. if u want to be a theist...then be it. lets stop arguing here guys coz at the end of the day we all end up looking like a fool of ourselve.keeping this argument is gonna lead us nowhere..no one wants to back down so this is never ending....so lets just respect each one's belief and thats about it. no more arguments...preaching or whatsoever.

this is supposed to be an atheist story thread but instead of hearing their stories...some posters here popped in to preached and questioned us...but there was nothing personal at all till it get there. well...if i seemed to be pushing someone off the edge or provoke someone here..i didnt mean to do that.i just stated my thoughts on what i believe in.well... has there been any harm done though?

while you blokes and shielas sit here and argue about what's what with the word, sectarian, divination, god, etc.... why don't we put your words / argument into good use instead of arguing such bloody nonsense? this doesn't solve anything (it's not their for us to solve). . whatever he / she saids about he / she... that won't change what's what and perception of what is and what is not...

his belief, my belief, whatever... doesn't matter, to each his own... share view and / or insights, but don't push it home... arguements wastes time..

i have my own stand, i have an open mind.. but that doesn't mean that every bloke here has all bloody welcome to put ideas in it...

I sorta became an atheist because I became disillusioned with religion.
I believe though that there is a 'God', but it is abstract; something you cannot define, and ultimately defies any attempt at definition. All this talk about dark matter and dark energy (which scientists still are at a loss at explaining) made me think.. are we coming closer to defining this 'God'?
