First Keep Safety.

Discharge the Anode.
Locate the Socket Board
Then Re-Solder the joints (it's likely a cold solder)

Palit nalang bag-o bai, lisod na if mo kirig ka. Sa sabado sa grand EB pede ka didto mo kirig pero ayaw tawn experimento sa imong monitor kay dilikado gyud na.
