@rcm0722 you may select korean(korean is the language itself) language then it will prompt your to insert your XP cd installer or download the file through the net.
Windows already has korean fonts. I used to work as a localization engineer, all you need to do is go to regional and language options and add fonts. the Gulim font family will be added to the font database. These are the commonly used korean fonts.
