strange ba nga tagaan siya ug doctorate degree for being the best in the world? i believe there are some out there nga naay doctorate degree but di kaya abton ang naabot ni Pacquiao which is the best in the world, siya ang pinakataas sa iyang field sa tibuok kalibutan.
