I used to have a girlfriend who was very supportive with my PC gaming career. She was so supportive that she played with me too. We managed to be one of the best team in the Philippines if not the best. And were starting to get known throughout Asia. We even have team sponsors. We were playing Call of Duty 4 by the way. She was very very supportive... even though she was hurting inside.

She tried to wait for me to change back to the way I was before. But I was too busy to notice. And I kept thinking, "ok raman ang PC, wala btaw ko nang babae." That's the biggest mistake a gamer could do. Your girl needs your time and your focus. They need intimacy... they need to feel loved.

Don't replace your girl with an inanimate object. I've learned this the hard way... when it was too late. She got fed up of waiting and she gave up. I tried playing to ease the pain, but it's not as fulfilling anymore. GAMING CANNOT LOVE YOU BACK... not like your girlfriend can. So don't take your girl's love for granted.

So to the guys nga dili magpasamok sa ila iyab while magduwa, Don't make the same mistake I did. Sooner or later you'll regret it. No amount of DOTA, RF, CS, COD4, etc can replace the one you love. Take her out once in a while, go watch a movie together, or a walk... anything to make her feel loved.
