the only effective way to become an atheist for me, is to erase my memory of any religious upbringing that i had when i was still a child.

Are you saying HELL that those atheists do still have this resistance about GOD for it has been there in the deepest region of their subconscious minds and it's really very hard or if not impossible to erase from their memories?

the same way i gave up on religion, i guess. a mixture of sloth (kapuy simba), disenchantment (lols ang daghang religious teachings), etc.

i won't really know though. i'm waiting for the atheists' answers ra pud.

oh yes, they may choose to ignore about it, but in the very core of Being, i think the God factor is still there.

i think atheism is just an idea. you just decide to become an atheist, and that's it.

exactly my point. there is no true atheist. but they can make one. all they'll have to do is to clone a human and not teach him about God and religion. deprive him of any spirituality. and then tell him that there is no God.

and then he'll ask, "what is God?"

and then he'll research about God and then his religious education begins. at the hands of the religionists. hahahaha! ('c',)

IRRELEVANT? I prefer as in my case as "NON CLINGING", personaly i think you dont need a god or a god concept fto be a good, just, fair & efficient individual. And i dont necesrly have to brand myself as an atheist as well just bec i dont like popular god concept, its like going out to a prison cell only to find out that im entering a new prison cell;And a happy person doesnt necessarily have to lobby agresivly against a theist as well(not unless if it really creates threat to his safety & human rights);i kind of adpt the gospel of "i dont know" espcly when it comes to god;its both presumptous to say that thers god & thers no god; better, honestly "i dont know"
