Got a question, po.
I recently applied for the open position of Technical Writer via the website and through a referral from one of your company's employees. I am just wondering, though, how long does it usually take for HR to respond to applications? My resume and TOR were passed Feb 4 (Wednesday), but so far, I have not received any calls yet.
It's not that I demand to get results right away. Rather, it's because it would be a bit comforting to know the average HR response time with job applications. That way, I can more or less gauge my chances of being hired. Truth be told, ever since I passed my resignation in my previous company, Lexmark is the only company I applied in (and really WANT to work for, given the good benefits, et. al.). lol.
