Highest Paying CallCenter??

well as far as i know,
naa pay mga Call Center na mas dako ug salary kesa Emax.
the catch is, Emax is known to have good (if not the best) working conditions, and incentives.
i mean, a friend of mine who works there always says "dude, the best ang eMax, dako na ang sweldo, wala pay pressure".

i guess a 2k difference in salary can be neglected if virtually stress-free ang job.
naay tag 18k tuod ang salary pero grabe daw ka kapoy.

as far as i know these are the 3 highest paying call centers. Convergys, Etelecare and Xlibris.

for me ocnvergys coz we get paid 3 times in a month..and evry 5th day of the month i get 10-25k dpending on my performance.. and our pay is around 9kto 12k evry 15th alone... ive been with etel... teletech and i sticked to cvg bec their pay is really good...

you're talking about the cust service sa etel and compare nimo sa CVG, dako jud ang CVG but matrix account (DELL) sa etel way maka lupig jud. 18k TSR1, less calls but challenging, very nice for me, then you also have to analyze coz it's about computer troubleshooting + dagko kaayo incentives sa etel. i've tried CVG, didn't like the environment and account and they're so strict about EOP but still they talk in visayan accent, way gamit! at least sa etel, not that strict in EOP compared to CVG but at least they talk in american accent.

i'm just talking for the matrix account huh, based on my experience.

daghan man gud ko fwens nga naa fwens then etc... nangundang sa CVG.

but nindot baya ang sprint kai dgahan man sad mg dugay kai nice man incentives!
dako imo sweldo labi nag maka maximize ka o maka upsell!

ure paid like ure a regular employee na eventho
training paka... if call center virgin pa ka , 13k ang starting
pero if naa nau get like around 16k up nah!
mutaas pajud na kai naa ka signing bonus, allowance, etc.

mga callcenter socialista! hasta sa jeep mag eninglish! dosent make any sense.. mag pa-ila lang jud!
ako callcenter pud ko. but i live normal life, gabie japon ko mag tagay og mag-hang-out, as in normal life.
monday-fri, fix R.D sat and sunday! and I DONT SPEAK ENGLISH SA JEEPNEY! mao ng basta callcenter libakon nuon. dats how normal my life is.i dont give a damn sa sweldo as long as pyts ang benifitz! IAM SYKES. but kong salary basehan i go for ETEL! (O.A lang ang ilang H.R, Labi na katong bayot na skulmate nko pag h.s kron na HR dli na ma reach halos gae dli ka tan-awOn)

LET me clear things up: XLIBRIS is not a call center. We are not a BPO company like all the puny call centers that are mentioned here. The people that work for XLIBRIS are hired by the company itself, not having any other accounts or whatever. We are the one of the leading self - publishing company in United States. So dont compare us with call centers, and in deed we have the highest pay in town. yaw nalang pangutana pila ako makuha kay masuya ra mo.
