AFAIK wala man.... isa pud ug illegal logging man gani there should be evidence nga nanga anod nga troso or dagkong kahoy, which is common if mao juy hinungdan, then again until wala juy evidence that there such a thing, it would remain a speculation...

^^there's no illegal logging in those areas. Kusog lang gyud kaayo ang ulan, mao gyud to main reason nga grabe ang baha. Those towns are just great, sakto ka bro, white sand gyud kaayo. Nahan na ko mouli didto.

sayangan ko sa nahitabo didto sa santander..
i've been to that place and it was beautiful..
sayangan ko na it is in a state of calamity today.. huhu
