I dont really think any employer will go that far as tracking you unless you have done something wrong with the company. Out of the many employees ngano ikaw man pag interesan sab they dont have time for those things. Only if you've done something wrong with them that's when they'll start to trace you. A background check is required but that involves searching for criminal records, and tighter screening to make sure they are not hiring a terrorist but that does not include calling your previous employer that fired you. Like i said just leave out the undesirable job experiences you had and focus more on those areas where you feel you have the strongest skills/potential to offer to your prospective employer.

Sis, AWOL gihapon na cya nanawag ka after 2 hrs. you have to inform your superior immediately on what happen kay mag expect man gud imong supervisor nga mo duty ka. Samot pa gyud probationary diay ka atong tayma.. better to do a nice performance first, adto na unta na gibuhat nimo regular naka hehehe.. at least, you are now aware of what you have done mistakes for the past 2 years .

- background check is for criminal records , family records , misdeameanors , felonies , military service etc .

- chances of them checking your references are slim . Some dont even check at all . If they will contact your references , they will contact those who you put in the application form , to make it short kung wala nimo gi butang sa application form anf company na ni fire niom , di sila kontakon .

- the more copanies you put in a resume and an application form does not really make you a better person all the time compared to other prospective employees . Put companies where you stayed long enough to establish LOYALTY to a company . yes you may have worked for 10 companies and has less than year on each as an employee is good as nothing .

- Dont worry about companies who fired/terminated you , nobody knows that its their loss . Bisan usa ra ka company ang naa sa imong resume but you were there for maybe 3 to 5 years , that is good enough to establish EXPERIENCE and KNOWLEDGE of the JOB DESCRIPTION .

If fired from work (either your fault or not). Most of us doesn't really include our previous company in our resume. What if our prospective employer do some background investigation?
