Maybe.

All of us have this opposite *** within. All males contain the female aspect and all females contain the male aspect. Don't get me wrong. Our souls don't have a particular ***. Only our biological bodies. That's why there people who are trapped in a woman's body in the past even if they are men here and now and vice versa!

I think i kinda understand what carmicaeld is saying.. And I think it aint like the case of Galileo's or Copernicus's case. Reincarnation has a real scientific possibility. It might be really happening. And he is keeping an open mind. But what carmicaeld might be saying is it is another story if you claim reincarnation is already a scientific truth. Not saying it's a fallacy either.

The Universal law of Physics (First law of Thermodynamics) states that "matter or energy cannot be created nor can be destroyed, it can only be transformed".

And so the belief of reincarnation somehow conforms with that fundamental law of physics. Most of the buddhist teachings or principles are in line with the laws of nature and these laws somehow govern our existence.

ah, but then again, we are led to a dead end. the soul cannot be quantified by science. it may never happen, or maybe it would happen. but as of today, it is not quantified, therefore, the mentioned law of physics cannot be applied. (since soul is not matter, or yet to be proven, and neither is it energy, or yet to be proven)

I agree cannot be quantified completey by scientific tools at this point in time and can only be discerned as a spiritual TRUTH taught from the highest of masters like Jesus The Christ and Gautama Buddha!
