as a first timer (no call center experience yet), kung first call kay magkurog gyud tawon.. panington ug dagko bisan pag naka on ang mga aircon.. naay guests sigeg pangutana, kapoy explain oi pero kinahanglan man e-educate ang guest unsa imong mga gpabuhat.. sige nalang.. bisan sa imong damgo nagtake ghapon kag calls..

As the saying goes. The first day in the floor is the scariest.(for first timers) ana lang. bitaw. first 3 months ky mao pina ka kapoy ky atiman kaayo ka sa tanan. stats,teammates ug supe. kinto kaayo ka. pa impress jd ba. after ma regular. Gahi na kaayo. pabadlong na. hahahahahaha. cycle ra kaayo ang feeling ba. excited kaayo inig padung sweldo. absent pa gani usahay kng sweldo. ahahahahaha. nya kapoy cgeg storya ug customer nga gahi ug ulo. kasabot pero pa bogo2 lang.
