Murag init lagi na imohang processor og GPU. I am using the same case (Gigabyte 3DAurora 570), stock casing fans. I am using a 65 nm Core 2 Quad and temps nya is at 38-40 at Idle, 55-57 at Load. GeForce 9600 GT at 58 on Idle, 65 on Load. 45 namometer bya na imoha so it should definitely be cooler diba?
Try daw re-seat imong CPU cooler basin this is causing very high ambient temps in your case if not seated properly (mao ma tabla imong GPU).

Don't worry much about your temperature unless you start having problems. The Core2Duo and Core2Quad series protect themselves very well. They throttle down if you're -5c of your Tjunction Max, at the maximum thermal specs, they turn themselves off.

Just do what these people here suggested if you want them low; re-apply thermal paste, reseat heatsink fan, increase airflow inside the case. Unless you're into overclocking (extremely), there's really no need to worry that much about your temperature.

Also, temps are useless if no ambient temp is reported. If your ambient temp is 30c, then its normal for your processor to report such temps.
