lady blackrose has a point, ang nakaproblema man gud sa pinoy, ilang hunahuna trabaho ra. and ang mga tagagawas labi na sa mga rich countries, ilang hunahuna negosyo. dayon awa ang mga pinoy, ang mga gusto madato nga di negosyo and pamaagi, mangitag employer nga tagagawas. awa kinsa kasagaron dato sa pilipinas, diba mga intsik man nga kugihan kaayo sa pagnegosyo? i think if theyre not doing anything wrong buying our land to set up business here then why stop them? makatabang pa gani sa atong economy ug sa atong mga kababayan nga nangitag trabaho.

IMHO, wa man siguroy reason nga istop sila if it brings some good and they dont break our laws. i love my country but if di ta open tungod sa atong sobraan pagkanationalistic then i think wrong na na.

please dont bash me for my opinion ha. opinion ra ni nako.

our country is not open for that possibility dili kay tungod nasobraan pud ta ka nalionalistic oi. just like i said, they could invest here in this country, but not to the extent of legally owning establishments or properties. the foreigners are capable of buying this country! with all their riches, why not di ba? but our law remains Pro-Filipino, mao bitaw na ang Fiipino First Policy di ba? do you think implementing that is wrong? kay nationalistic ra kaayo. the purpose for that is to also help our Filipino entrepreneurs make their name and earn profits pud. imported products nalang pud. that is the small picture... that is more or less the contention why we don't allow foreigners own properties here in Phils. But like i said, over and over again. Yes, they could invest and make use of our Filipino people for employment

Yes! That's good news. Foreigners can own land. Then after a few years, our politicians can declare that null and void. The foreigner can have that piece of paper (title); we can have the land.

In my opinion, it should be all or nothing; if we allow them to own lands, we might as well give them the opportunity to be their teritory (just like puerto rico to the US, or guam to the US).

If we will not be their teritory; then we might not as well allow them to own our lands. Guys this is what our forefathers died for. They sacrificed for our liberty. I don't know about you, but i still believe in us.

I know one day we will be able to own our lands. We just need to believe guys.

Our land is for Us and our children......

I don't want koreans to own my land, Or americans preying on our sisters. Call me nationalistic but we must go back and love our country. one day those people in the government one way or the other They will give an account to our ALMIGHTY.

my point is...lets give it a burl...

whenever filipinos go and live abroad...they can buy properties but how come those foreigners dont have rights to buy properties there?isnt it unfair to them?dont u reckon?

what are u trying to suggest though?sooner or later were gonna end up loosing those lots...if those filipinos cant afford to buy properties there...give it a go to others.whats wrong with that?just coz their aliens they have no rights to buy properties?isnt that a bit racist?

filipinos are just so drongo...whats always in their minds is that their gonna loose philippines...that theyre gonna loose their rights without even looking on the other side...your govt.cant give u any jobs nowadays sis coz theyre so busy corrupting...so whether u like it or not..the future of ur kids and grandkids wont be in the hands of filipinos anymore...sad but thats the reality.sooner or later...whether u agree or not...foreigners will be able to have rights in buying properties here.

yes u are nationalistic sis and im proud of u but look around u..its not about u...its those people who are running the government...do u still really have hopes on them that they can really run it properly?but when is that gonna happen?centuries?everyone is so buggered of waiting...esp.those street childrens and unemployed people....this is gonna be their opportunity to at least get a job and eat 3 times a day.tourism and economy is gonna soon rise up.id say its fair enough... we can buy lands in usa...or any other european and western countries...why cant they do that in r.p?whats the differencE?just coz they have the money?they work hard for their money too so lets work hard to buy properties in r.p.its competition...filipinos should toughen the f*ck up if they dont want to loose their land.simple as that.

dont get me wrong coz im a filipino too but im just thinking on the brighter side.

the only problem our country face is that the people don't love their country.
ask a filipino kung unsa iya masulti sa pinas i'm sure 8 out 10 pinoys will say negative things about philippines.
we keep on thinking crisis na jud krn. nagcrisis ba jud ta?
if crisis ta nganung puno man ang mga mall if sale?
nganung nadato man mau ang globe ug smart?
now wat if matinuod ni, maka palit ang mga foreigners ug land sa pinas, maasenso ba kaha c Juan dela Cruz? the answer is "NO" your a filipino you should know why. kita ang resaon nangaung nag lisud ang Pinas, we cant blame our dearest corrupt politicians for that.
If you always think na "pwede gni na sa America nganung dli pwede sa atoa?" then don't compare apples and guavas. Our OFW's are the modern slaves, dont make us to be a slave in our own land. our country is richer than other countries out there, the problem is we dont know how to use our resources, dont let aliens use and abuse that for us.
