try checking kung nakataud ba ug tarong imong ram and supply 2 your main board. kung mao ra gani gyapn basn imong ps dili kadaog with the upgraded hardwares...hehehe

Usually kung naa problem ingon ani, here are the suspects

1. memory
2. powersupply
3. video card
4. lastly mobo..

As stated anywhere above, clear the cmos! Unplug the power cord, jumper the cmos jumper, wait a couple of seconds, remove the jumper and plug back the power cord.
