Kana si Fiscal Mabanto (assistant prosecutor) mo declare na ug hot pursuit even if beyond na sa 24 hours if naay evidence nga makuha within sa iyahang possesion.. Like sa akong case gikawatan ko sa BF sa among helper but na discover nako nga nawala akong jewelry box 2 days after na sa incident, fortunately pag sikop niya naa man sa iyaha ang jewelries nako so wala ray question. Pero naay usa ka fiscal dha (siya nagkupot at first sa ako case) sa Palace of Justice dili jud siya mosugot nga gi declare ug hot pursuit to nga hitabo mao to nibalhin ko ug fiscal, fortunately kaila mi ni Fiscal Mabanto nihangyo ko niya then gikuha niya ako case.. Hot pursuit is within 24 hours man tingale.
