depende sa culture og sa cost of living bai. I have a family friend who is engaged in real estate business sa US pero ang balor kay minilyones pud.

Against jud ko ani.

its as good as saying that another bunch of aliens are gonna start taking over the country.LOL.if thats the case...too bad for those pinays wanting to marry foreigners for their money coz if they can own a property their in pinas..whats the hold for the pinay wife na?di najud kabiya coz equal naman ang rights?sooner or later...they'll be heaps of foreigners gonna own heaps of properties there more than the filipinos.

I really DON'T agree for foreigner's / ALIENs to buy land in Philippines. We should seek to strike a balance giving us a stake in a country by being able to buy and own residential properties at affordable prices.

Before we sell it to ALIENs can we look around us? LOTS of farmers, homeless, squatters who need it more than foreigner's.. Give them priority!

There is nothing Wrong with this.

The Problem is how the government will regulate the REALTY BUSINESS, and must be strictly observed.

In the Philippines, any means of earning money becomes only a priority if the Politicians get a share of the dough. BIG PROBLEM. But once this is resolved, being regulated and the law is strictly implemented, it will boost our Economy-BIG TIME!
