hahaha am i really the one sided person here? where did i say that there's nothing wrong with eperformax. perhaps you need to backtrack because i remember specifically saying that eperformax is not perfect and that it has its own faults however the pros outweighs the cons by far. at the same time i remember asking you to actually admit that there was nothing positive with your experience in emax. nothing at all and never once did you address that question. evading arent we?

and dont talk about no BOND because there is! its hidden! You wont get your pay if you resign before the month ENDS after you get official hired. I should know kay ang mga ni resign immediately after the bonus didnt get ANY but the bonus. So most of us went awol rather than officially resigning since its the same story. ROFL

then prove it. as far as i know i never signed anything that says i'm to pay a certain amount if i resign before a said date. and some of the ppl i know who've resigned already were able to get their pay after they were cleared.

Stanza 2: I know what these meetings are for but its usually PAID and within the SHIFT or get called OT. If Filipinos are really strict, they can demand for OT pay since those meetings doesnt cover standard working procedures. Whats the purpose of TRAINING time then?

if you know what the meetings are for then why are you still asking? oh well for the benefit of those who don't know then let me reiterate the need for meetings. when still in ojt-abay (transition period aka trial period to see if you pass the standards of the company) the meetings are mainly used to further teach trainees on any subject matter they need help on. it's a Q&A period as well as time to share to other teammates any issues that are usually not that common.
when you are a regular employee or known as HIRED in emax meetings are still needed from time to time for updates. afterall CHANGE is the only constant thing in this world. typically meetings don't occur that often once you are already HIRED and they also don't last that long.

Stanza 3: Im lazy indeed. So? the thing is I wouldnt bother to stay Long in a sucky company because it will be a waste of my time. And honestly, To finish school or even work is not a requirement for me. My future is SERVED with a golden spoon. so please STOP envying me... im already starting to pity you with that stanza. tsk tsk tsk

My breeding is never an issue. Im a good friend but worst enemy. I wouldnt stand now if im unhappy with my life. Im not arrogant since i could always ADJUST. My upbringing was great. I kinda love it. I got soo friendly that im not even scared with usually scary people. Its something i got from a weird combination of parents. I have a righteous, neck gripping mestizo dad, and a friendly nagger, thrift filipina-chinese mom. Now, why wouldnt you love that? even my skin is MR UNITED NATIONS!! ahaha weird complexion and texture
