Position: Customer Delivery Specialist
Category: Shared Services
Job Summary: Responsible for managing Service Activities for customers in the US. Includes identification of issues through monitoring of call queues, understanding the driver of the issue and then resolving the issues either through the system or in working with the customer. Also responsible for answering customer questions on service activities via the phone.
Qualification: • Must be a college graduate
• 1-2 years experience in a customer service supporting external customers is desired
• Strong customer service skills
• Very strong problem resolution skills
• Possesses strong oral and written English communication skills
• Excellent computer skills, including Excel and MS Word
• Working US business hours required
