    whats the difference between Service Delivery Specialist and Customer Delivery Specialist? are they the same as customer service reps?

    is it ok to apply multiple positions in your company?

    We have a department called, Service Delivery Department - they have inbound and outbound calls
    Customer Service has a different department as well
