If you want a land trip from CdeO to Cebu on a nearer route, you can ply the East to West Central Axix RORO Route which is from Balingoan to Camiguin, Camiguin to Jagna, Bohol;Sandingan Port of Loon, Bohol to Cebu RORO route. This is the detail of the land route:
CDEO - Balingoan land route;
Balingoan - Camiguin (RORO);
Camiguin (Mambajao) - Jagna, Bohol (RORO);
Jagna, Bohol to Sandingan Port of Loon, Bohol land route;
Loon, Bohol to Argao, Cebu;
Argao, Cebu to Cebu City land route.
I was in Jagna, Bohol summer of 2008. I asked the Super Shuttle Ticket office about it coz they were already in operation that time. With a multicab you can only pay for 1,200 for the barge and 200 pesos per head. Van costs around 2,400 pesos while medium to large vehicles can cost from 2,900 to 3,600 pesos. TIme of travel is 3 hours for this route (Camiguin to Bohol/vice versa).
That time, the schedule of Bohol to Camiguin was 1:00 pm while Camiguin to Bohol is 7am. I just dont know the time scheds from Balingoan port to Camiguin.
