Best Video card

I dont know if anyone had this question before, but I just wanna hear this from most of you. There are tons of graphic cards out there claiming they're the best and I want to know based on feedbacks, reviews, experiences and of course, your ideas. This would be a factor for me to consider the "one" I would buy.

What for you is the best graphic card for gaming [excellent performance+price is not too much]?
