My answer is SIMPLE, not more than how much you should love yourself.
If you don't love yourself first, you are most likely not capable of loving the other properly. If you love the other too much to the point of losing your self respect & dignity, then that is not love. Worst, it is very dangerous & sometimes even deadly.
