Yeah... after my year long stint at a callcenter, it got tthe best of me...after all the stress, lack of sleep, cigarettes and coffee, I lost a lot of weight. I wasn't fat/chubby before, but I had definition in my body, but I lost all that once I worked at a callcenter.... now that I've resigned, I've been tryign to regain all the lost weight. Around 30lbs lost.
But nothing that I do seems to work. I'm still my lanky, slender, 'ectomorphic' self.
I tried going to the gym for 2-3 months but nothing... tried protein shakes... I cut down my smoking to a very very very minimum. I rarely smoke nowadays and I don't drink that much. I sleep 8 hours the least so that's pretty normal... but still, nothing.
I think I've done everything there is that I can think of.... anyone there can help? ^_^
