    marc,

i'm currently working as QC Personnel, with about 85 employees na company...i like to suggest, a money-lending business? ok ka?

dako ra na ang 100K,actually! mga P10T - 15T is a good start. mmm, have tried it 7 months ago with two partners (co-workers) but unfortunately, they aggreed to get their shares kay ng-resign sila to apply abroad. sad to say, ako nalang usa...so wako pasalig.

ganahan jud ko kayo ini kaso lang wala me i-capital. kung gusto ka puede try mo diri amu ofis, ako mg-dala, every end of the month padala ko statement of account nimu thru e-mail. let's have 50-50% share sa interest. or any suggestions?

think 'bout it. really within the office lang, no outsiders involved. mmm 20 employess with ATM base salary and the rest hands-on cash na...so sayon ra gyud kayo pgkuha sa bayad, 2 gives man kada-sueldo (15th & 30th of the month).

    tempted? contact me...

Now, since, on the average, each 1/16th parcel in SL (about 32m x 32m size of virtual land) costs no less than 15,000 Linden (about US$54.00), and 15,000 x 16 = 240,000 (US $ 872.00), I'd simply minus the US$ 295 from that value, leaving me with US$ 577.00 (about PHP 24,000.00) every month as profit.

Absolutely no work (well you have to log in and check for squatters every once and a while), yet earning more than 24k a month.

But I'm not stopping there--passive income is good, but as a creator, I'd use the first 6-months of income from rent, to buy yet another sim, and use that new sim to create a mall, then start creating and selling virtual items, which will rake in twice or thrice as much as the passive-method (without losing it as income-generator!), while enjoying my ability to design and create things in SL.

BTW, this is a virtual game business.... kung pro gamers ka then maayo mo designs in virtual world mo kita gyud ka.

Rodsky, nindot kaayo na hunahuna.on ang practically passive income. I have heard that some multinational companies have actually invested in Second Life real estate. Nakasuway na ka ani or naa ka kaila naka do business in Second Life and actually earned money? I was thinking of selling stuff there kung dili lisod isugod.

Dako na kaayo imo capital, ma staret na gyud ka ana ug nice na negosyo, but first my suggestion is to look for a training center where they are teaching people to have there own business, mag training ka usa or tulo ka days, depende unsa negosyo ganahan nimo, naa na diri Cebu, wla lang ko ka familiar sa name but i have there numbers tawagi sila 5181718 or 2551124, nag offer sila different kinds of topics or negosyo you want to engaged, the important man gyud bai entering a business, you must have a idea of how is it going on, ug kinahanglan sad naa tay know how kung asa imo mga equipment ug raw materials kuhaon, sa training center they will teach you all about it, dili gyud ka magmahay, kay nindot ilang facilities ug ilang mga lectures maayo ug expert sad, tawagi lang na sila bai
