"TOINKS!" is in the top of my list. I so hate this word.
You: "Asa ka karon?"
Me: "Naa amo balay."
You: "TOINKS!"

Yeah, I also hate that line. I have a friend who always say "Pag CHUR oi".. and every time he uses that line, I just wanna SLAP his lips right off his face.

in fairness, nice nga info dah...
as a matter of fact daghan najud na.adict ani nga mga lines wui, na adopt najud nila...
like what uve said, ani najud ta..bombarded with this interesting lines..

I would be glad if I hear these expressions at all. Filipinos that I know of just doesnt talk like this at all. Tagalog is our language abroad.

here's one good book written by Gilda Cordero-Fernando. she came up with a list of pinoy expressions, that is outrageously so pinoy you can identify yourself with the expressions.

One of the Best.. ,shouldn't it be "one of the better"? Because "best" is supposed to be superlative, so it means there's only one best..
