i recently quit doing this setup. mabuang ko. everything is all set. dynamic dns, port forwarding, ultravnc, ssh tunneling. wa jud mo work. tapus suya ko sa ako kauban nga pldt. dali ra kayu xa ka connect sa ila balay. i guess there's no hope for smart on this kind of setup.

UltraVNC is quite confusing for you.

Try use TeamViewer. Its free and easy to use. No need to open any port on the router and no need to add exceptions in your computer.

For me teamviewer paspas man ug mag remote ko. Depende na sa connection nimu. UltraVNC works faster kung sa local network lang.

made the same connection/setup... request or upgrade smartbro to the one with static IP.i dont know how much it costs but it wont work with the ordinary smart bro, the IP it receives isnt public IP.

goodpm! am not from visayas but i can understand a few ilonggo. my wife frm la carlota.

anyway, i used to have mydsl a s service and can host webpages. but when i switched to smartbro, i could not host anything (even ftp), using the same setting setting of procedure i did with mydsl. will try ur suggestions and also will try to change my home network from 192.168..... to something else. i read something that i should it be different from the domain of smart (192...)

bro, i dunno if u ever heard of hamachi.... U can use this and then VNC... This will work... This is one of the best tools if ur behind firewalls... It's easy to setup and free.... U can even play network games.. Let me know!
