hmm... eagle speaking up...
graduated already waaay back, and i'm certainly aware of the corruption. we had this one classmate who was pretty much an all-out kleptomaniac, but we couldn't do much about it coz his aunt was one of the higher ups in the system... sucks, really
also, some teachers favor students whose families have 'status'. doesn't matter how smart you are, if you don't have 'status', you're not smart enough... ugh
on the brighter side, the are people worth praising... people who actually build character and morale. it's not a perfect system, but it works.
fags, nerdies, toughies - who cares? we got along fine. we respected each other.

recently, it's been quite different, but still the same. i still have a brother studying there - and the corruption is worse. the students actually have respect for the teachers and themselves. they think that because they're in this school, they can get away with what they want. screw them, they won't go far int the future, and i'd really like to see what they do when they're born into the harsh reality of college life.
kalami jud ingnug ug, "hilasa gud ninyu!"
thankfully, there are still people who keep up the spirit of magis... but they're dwindling, and fast.
