as for brands, depende ra gyud na. in my opinion ingani ang tiers, kung based on brands in general lang, way labot model:

tier 1: samsung,viewsonic,hp, dell
tier 2: LG, acer
tier 3: chimei, hanns-g, aoc
tier 4: ovation?

so most likely kanang tier 3 & 4 ang mga cheapest
