guys i really need some guidance sa mga nka take na. ako ra muprocess tanan sa ako mga papers and requirements para CA. ask lang tya ko unsa inyo mga tips and kung naa mo mga steps gisunod? and by the way, pwede ra ba i-fedex ang mga papers, or ordinary mail ra jud?

i don't know the whole process sa CA ha...kay vermont ko nag-apply. make sure imo school docs kay dli mka-ingon ang board of nursing nga sa imo gkan, better i-registered mail nmo nah...madawat ra mn sd nuon.

ang imo lng application form & fee ang maoy fedex...or just lbc...differ lng og P300...


naa ba ghapon sa CA ang document coming from PRC?

yep sa CA daw apil ang PRC... suko man gud kaayo cya why daw wala na nako naarelgar, mao di ko pwede mangutana sa iyaha.. T_T


so sis, di ba ang una kay file sa ko sa application form, apil na na ang fee? i-fedex lang nako para dali madawat kay dapat na jud ko nagpass ani.

ok sis...
1. open the site Board of Registered Nursing
2. once u open na,go sa mga forms then print it. or u can scan/surf the entire site ky naa ra man sd xa mga instructions didto.
3. and then, request for a print card. after a week or 2 weeks,ma receiv na nmo na sa inyo and then go sa nbi then cla na khbw ana mo fil-up.
4. the forms u printed,adto sa inyo skul ky khbw na sd cla mo fil-up ana..one form for the registrar.resquest also for TOR nga overseas. the other form ky sa college of nursing. and the last form ky for personal info man so ikaw ang mo fil-up ana.
5. once nga ok na tanan, including the nbi and sa skul,send na nmo na. for the skul,use the envelope and address for the skul. for personal info,use ur address. so lahi ang envelope sa imo and sa skul ha. for ur envelope,include ana ang bank draft(make sure d i nga pnb account ka or open nlang didto if lahi nga account imo), the nbi form,photocopy sa imo license and diploma, the personal info form. (mao ra man kaha na, il just update if naa ko nalimtan). naa ra ni xa tanan sa mga instructions sa site.
6. pwde nmo na send throught lbc, feedex or regular mail. for me,i only use the regular mail which is Php 111. so 2 man ka xa ka envelope,i just pay Php 222. after 2 months, nka receiv daun ko sa ako eligibility. if lbc nmo xa or feedex, it cost 1k+ for 1 envelope so almost 3k ang duha. for me,wa ra ni matter if snail mail or not. ky naa ko mga friends nga ila gipa lbc or feedex but til 6 months pa nila na receiv ila eligibilty.
7. once u receiv ur eligibilty,anytime pwde nka mka pa register para mka sked nka sa imo exam. u wil pay $200 for that.
8. after,u wil sked ur exam and tha place. if outside the US teritory, u wil pay $150. like sa manila bah ka mo take or sa hong kong. and then u wil receiv ur att.
9. when you have ur sked na,the most important thing u bring are ur ATT and PASSPORT.
ATT: make sure nga naa logo.
PASSPORT: if new maroon ng imo,make sure nga naa sign sa luyo ky there were many filipinos nga ni cry sa hong kong ky wa cla gipa take for only one reason,wa sign ila passport sa luyo.luoy jud au cla.once nga ma receiv ang passport sa receptionist,no changes nman. so CHECK UR PAPERS (ATT) AND PASSPORT BEFORE GOING THERE.

mga bro, just to clarify...

ang sa cali bon ba, di ba ang ISEND sa ilaha nga finger print card kay ONE ra?

and ang total na ipa-bank draft is $126 (registration fee + finger print card fee)?

isend na ta nako ugma, ganahan lang ko naay muingon sakto ko. hehehe
