USC seems to be Ok.

But honestly, you don't need to be a graduate of HRM to land a good job. My job has been to screen and hire people for a 5 star resort in Cebu and now abroad...an HRM diploma will not guarantee you entry. Just make sure to speak good English, be confident, and look very presentable.
