I'm currently looking for a good mobile internet connection since I'll often be traveling around the country. Can anyone suggest one? Right now I'm leaning towards the smart bro prepaid one.

I've read in a blog that you could surf the net using a 3G enabled phone with your laptop and a smart bro prepaid. Does that mean I don't have to pay P2500 initial payment for the smart bro usb?
Can someone please confirm this?

i think yes, pero u will be paying for your cellphone load i guess which is based on your simpack's network provider nga payment schemes or options. ur making your 3G fon as the bridge for your laptop to connect to the internet...

between smart and globe, i would suggest smart.. but regarding the speed that's up to 2mbps for smart bro prepaid, it's only applicable in 3G-covered areas.. if you'll be traveling to big cities, then it's not a problem..
