Did you try pinging the default ip add or the one you changed the ip add?

I've tried the ip add you gave me (10.0.0.13 it work. Then I changed that ip and something went wrong. Then when I try to open it (10.0.0.13, it wont respond. So, I try the recent ip, the one that I config, and still it did'nt work.

Does it have another default ip add?

Does it have a cd installer? Do you have one that I can copy? Or does anyone have the cd installer?

Sorry for the late reply....

at the back of the modem, theres a small hole for reset. press it for 5 to 10 seconds while the unit is ON. then log-in to the modem again using 10.0.0.138 - you might need to change the language settings after that...

Yup ug wala pud ma kuha nga manual ani because this model was supposed to be sold only in China maybe u can find a user manual in one of the Chinese sites pero basig dili in english ang manual so lisod sab mag translate.
