ows! what could be the name of that chamber? and what?, herbivores has strong gastric chemicals, u mean hydrochloric-acid content in their stomach? oh my! I think youre refering to a lion, fox and other carnivores that has 10x higher hydrochloric-acid than herbivores....microbes hehehe!! u mean a minute life form bacterium, are you sure?
that chamber is basically the RUMEN, it is where large quantities of grass sets in..bacterias, microbes and minute protozoans digest the cellulose in the plant material thereby releasing the contents of the plant cells for digestion by the cow [damn where's yur google dude?]

carnivores indeed have a higher concentration of HCL compared to omnivores [humans], it is because these animals were designed to eat raw meat..although our digestive system can't digest raw foods directly, but our ancestors had developed the art of cooking in order for a raw meat to be fit for human consumptions...like i said, what makes human OMNIVORES is basically our ability to adopt on what are available food in our environment..eskimos diet are mainly blubbers and fish because these are foods available on their environment..transport them to a tropical region and probably they will adopt to a fruit-meat diet also..

wow! rational animal the perfect creation which is we the HUMAN..but how could you be rational if you know now that eating meat could make you sick? of course we can distinguish what is food for us and what is not..if you think you can distinguish what is the food for your body then why do you eat meat? is it because of protein? what about the nuts and tufo, don't they have this protein?
yeah ryt i agree wid u on one point..eating meat makes us sick..but there is such a thing as BALANCE DIET..having a diet of meat, fruits and vegetables are considered to be a HEALTHY DIET..btw..lemme ask yu sumthing..are you a pure vegetarian or an ovo-lacto-vegetarian?..don't you crave for anything meat also?...or you just ignore the thoughts of having meat in yur diet in order to achieve longer life, but somehow longing for that beefy taste all along?

like it or not eating fruits and vegetables alone is not a guarantee of having a healthy body in yur lifetime...

NG's documentary can be concluded that long before humans eat flesh. ok! it maybe right but that study was only realized in a single region right and what about the other part of the archipelago? as what I have posted previously that meat eating is either by necessity( like the eskimos and tribes who live in the far north) through habit, through conditioning or through lack of proper knowledge like humans who still eat meat nowadays...
as i have said, it is the characteristic of humans being omnivore that made us adopt easily to our environment when it comes to food and survivability..the one who lacks knowledge here are the people who don't know a thing about balance diet..and that eating meat together with fruits and veggies are also HEALTHY LIVING....

and that eating vegetables alone is such a boring lifestyle!

although latest journals have gRCTs (evidence level A) indicating that legumes do not affect the course of gouty arthritis or the rise in uric acid levels, those suffering from hyperuricemia whether from increase intake, increase production or decrease degradation should still be wary of their intake. the cabbage family is believed to be goitrogenic.

the bad & good cholesterol are laymen's terms.... these are actually lipids ranging from the simplest chylomicrons, triglycerides, very low density lipoproteins, low density lipoproteins and the high density lipoproteins... LDL is the bad one; HDL its counterpart. a better "typing" would be to differentiate between the 'saturated' and the 'unsaturated' type.

by saturation, basic chem defines it as the loss of hydrogen bonds in the chem make-up of a cholesterol. heat is a catalyst. as exclusive vegie-eating folks it is paramount that you also look into these stuff. you might be getting the not-so-good type in the plants that u consume.

Alright ahhh!! yes! we dont have this RUMEN, That is the first compartment of the stomach of a ruminant; here food is collected and returned to the mouth as cud for chewing, Alright I Think I didn't say that we are totally 100% similar to herbivores. I'm only saying about the length of our intestine which is nearly similar to Herbivores since we have 12x and they have 10x and it's too far different from carnivores which is 3x only..The longer Intestine the longer tract we have to clean up for toxins...Ok! whatever food preference you may have heres how to simple Detox...pls dont follow if you have your own process it's really effective for me and also to my fellow vegetarians..Here's how..
Drink or consume enuf 3-4Liters of water do this regularly. In this way Toxins will be avoided from sticking into this tiny curves of our intestinal track.some vegetarians like us also do simple detoxs process like a 1day fasting a week after fullmoon, just water only or fruit juices...and after the fasting is finished..fast breaking will follow to completely soften and remove toxins, another fluid we'll be use in fast breaking it is a combination of water with kalamansi and a pinch of salt.after drinking this fluids the first food you'll going to eat are just purely uncooked foods like fruits, for meat eaters just do the same.allow fruits to be digested first..then after that walahhhhhh!! back to your meat preference...but if you dont know and cant do this simple detox, I have a friend who could realy help you the other detox process like drinking detox fluids that will really flush out stored toxins...for interested individuals visit http://www.amwellness.org this Naturotheraphy center is located exactly at Pagsabungan mandaue city...

our digestive system can digest raw Vegies but cannot digest raw and cook meat easily.it has to pass softening process like cooking..but even if it is quitley cooked very soft..still meat is harder to digest than vegies and fruits and has alot of toxins..what makes some people became omnivores because they still beleive that meat is the right food for them, & for Survival reasons..but why defy, why struggle for meat if there is alot of right food that would gives us less harm to our health? maybe because we brought up with eating meat and that is why some of us realy cant live with out this...alright I admit I was once a meat eater due to ignorance but I'd stopped eating it when I found out that it gives us alot of sickness...Hmmm!! omni as you think or omni as we are
but it is a one stupid practice to eat harmful foods even if there is non harm or less harm foods...

ah! u mean when you eat meat together with vegie and fruits the uric acid will be eliminated from the protein source..oh! balance diet..hehehe! k! there are tree types of vegetarian, i'm a type of a vegetarian that who doesn't even drink, and eat dairy products in short i am a Vegan..craving for meat hehehe! I dont even use meat magic, vegie beef, etc...it's purely fruits, vegies, legumes, grains and nuts well! i'm quitely satisfied with this foods even if I do running daily and Do Kickbox and Grappling during weekend..Meaning 8 out of 10 Vegetarians have longer and High "Endurance" compared to usual people who eat meat..

Yeah! right The one who lacks knowledge are the people who don't know a thing about balance diet wow!..who could that be? Ok! u mean people who doesn't eat meat? hahaha! if you mean Human like us who dont eat meat dont have this Balance diet...hehehe probably I cant play my sports anymore..is it because we don't have this protein from meat? Nuts, grains, legumes has enough..Eating Vegeis, fruits, nuts, legumes, grains etc. alone is not boring for vegetarians.. it is only boring for non vegetarians.Again Eating meat is by Necessity or in the absence of this right food "vegies and fruits" or simply eating meat is by ignorance, but in our case where the abundance of vegeis and fruits is present.why struggle for survival of eating meat if there is this vege foods.,,

    Wayuk! halo!
hehehe! what are these stuff, the not so-good type n the plants? could you gave me an example of what plant or vegs carries this bad type? wow! the cabbage family is believed to be goitrogenic. oww!! u mean it induces the formation of goiter? nahh! goiter cases is by lack of Iodene in take..I haven't heard such cases that numerous vegetarian has a goiter because of eating too much vegs....

so your main contention here for being a vegan is that humans have a hard time detoxifying any toxins from the body because our intestine is long? and also meat is the number 1 cause of toxins?...maybe yu got it all wrong bai..read-on:

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/health/healthy_...ll_detox.shtml

and also..many doctors and nutritionist believes that meat eating is not bad if the amount of fiber in your body is high..fruits and vegges are rich in fiber, that is why it is advisable that a proper balance diet should have fruits and veges on it..it's not mentioned in health/medical books that eating fruits or vegs alone is the ideal/recommended diet.

Yeah! right The one who lacks knowledge are the people who don't know a thing about balance diet wow!..who could that be? i respect your diet preference..but come to think of it, eating ham or steaks is more sumptous than eating peanuts..why don't we rid of those myths that having meat in yur diet is bad..that is why a balance diet have fruits and veges on it to compensate the risk of meat toxins.

fact is we only live once..and also being a vegan is not an assurance of having a longer life..perhaps why don't we let our taste buds savour the yummy taste of meat...

    bacon, tocino, arroz caldo, humba..yumyum..anyone?
