I love the books of Jaime Licauco. He is a great Filipino author. I haven't tried OBE! I think it's cool!

I haven't tried this but a classmate of my mom did through the help of a priest. Is OBE the same as astral traveling? It would be scary to leave your physical body and to not be able to come back.

It's quite different in reincarnation. OBE is leaving the alive body unconscious and return to it while reincarnation is leaving a dead body and enter into a new one. Reincarnation is somewhat like changing your clothes.
